Most of us need a morning cup of coffee to wake us up in the morning but the likelihood is that we’ve probably not actually stopped to consider the effects that coffee has on our body besides giving us a temporary boost of energy
The latest infographic from Business Insider has looked at various different sources of research to find out just what happens to our bodies when we take caffeine and it’s an interesting insight. Caffeine can have a massive impact on our bodies, so it’s worth knowing what we’re getting ourselves into. In moderate doses, caffeine can help to improve memory and focus but for anyone already hooked or anyone excessively drinking caffeine in large doses, the effects are more likely to give you the ‘coffee shakes’ rather than help you concentrate.
